Growing Multi-Location Farm Equipment Dealer in Texas is seeking a Service Manager with a good mechanical background including excellent skills in hydraulics, electrical, electronics, and diesel engines. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the entire service department including 6+ employees.

Requirements:

•     Strong administrative, computer, and inventory control experience will be essential for the success of this position
•     Must be able to demonstrate strong team building and leadership abilities
•     Prior farm equipment mechanical experience is required
•     Proven background in promoting and growing service sales
•     Strong business management abilities
