Innovative and dynamic company is seeking an Account Executive to work with a select group of agribusiness companies all across Minnesota. The successful candidate will be entrepreneurial-minded and disciplined to enjoy the opportunities and challenges of working from a home office.
You will be able to use your business management and analytical skills to gain the trust of clients and become a valued business partner with them.

This position requires a different type of sales approach; candidates must be entrepreneurial-minded, committed to agriculture, coachable, and possess good listening skills and also enjoy diagnosing issues and bringing solutions to clients.
Agronomically trained sales professionals with 8-10 years or more of experience who are familiar with diagnosing and solving problems are an ideal fit for this position. Solutions-oriented, highly motivated professionals who desire to be a key contributor in a company where you can shape your own future, become a part of the leadership team, and work until you retire should strongly consider this rare opportunity.

This company will value you like family and provide all the support needed to help make you successful and expand professionally. Beginning salary is negotiable, but will likely be in the $85,000 range and will grow into a lucrative commission-structured opportunity.
Excellent benefits are also provided. Candidates can live anywhere in Minnesota including the most remote rural areas or the biggest cities, but must be willing to travel the state.
Occasional overnight travel will be approximately 15 nights per year.
