Rapidly growing ag retail company in Kansas is looking for a Regional Location Manager to handle the day to day operating activities of this highly productive trade area.

•     Proven professional ability to "get the job done" and coach employees to effectively do their best to serve their customers
•     Demonstrated skill in working effectively with farmers
•     Solid strategic thinker who has shown they can get the most out of the physical and human assets under their responsibility
•     Background in managing grain assets (up to 7,000,000 bushels of storage)
•     Understanding of agronomy operations
