What will your responsibilities be in the Territory Sales - Equipment position?

    You will be traveling 4-5 days a week from your home office within the IL/WI region.
    You will be charged with leading the sales and territory development initiatives of the product line.  A special emphasis will be training and educating the dealer sales staff to successfully sell the features and benefits of our product.
    As a member of our professional sales team, this role will develop and enhance relationships with existing dealers, dealer prospects, and customers in the Agriculture and Construction Industries.
    In order to be successful you will always be searching for opportunities; whether it's attending events, demonstrating at shows, servicing existing customers and dealers, training dealer sales staff, looking for new customers and dealers, sending out emails or direct mail, etc.

What skills and experience are required?

    5+ years documented sales success (Equipment related) in a dealer development role (Farm Equipment and CE dealers)
    Demonstrated ability to sell added value - our product is not the cheapest and we are not looking for price sellers or order takers!
    Proven ability to travel extensively and like it! We are looking for a road warrior!!
    Capable of providing training and support to dealers in the territory
    Organized, computer literate, team player that has strong sales reporting/communication habits
    Persuasive, assertive, creative, innovative, make it happen personality!
    Hands on sales professional that is comfortable hauling equipment, delivering equipment, and demonstrating equipment each and every day

We will hire the best qualified candidate and this position will not be available long. This is a legitimate $80,000 plus position 1st year and endless potentials years 2+. We will provide a vehicle, computer, cell phone and cover all travel expenses. Excellent benefits and retirement for motivated sales superstar!
