QUALIFICATIONS: 

    Excellent customer service skills General understanding of corporate finance     Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics preferred SAP experience preferred Crystal Reports experience helpful                                               

RESPONSIBILITIES:

•     Maintain the customer master with the proper account information including bill to and/or ship to addresses, credit information, and other data
•     Verify credit lines and maintain updated records in the customer master and customer account locator for all JBS business units
•     Set up new accounts, make existing customer changes and distribute information accordingly
•     Maintain, monitor and modify a database of Standby Letters of Credit (LC) and inform credit managers when they are due to expire
•     Process allocation requests of credit lines to customer accounts
•     Assist Credit Analysts in gathering customer information
•     Complete mass updates to customer master, including customer sales reporting information, account managers and platinum flags
•     Responsible for sending out JBS USA, LLC credit information sheets and W-9 forms
•     Prepare trade references through various forms including fax and electronic databases
•     Prepare reports for auditing and internal reporting purposes
