Normal Work Schedule  Note:

The hours and days of work are established as needed by operations and at the direction of  management and, while generally as shown below,  may be changed (increased or decreased) by management as required.

Hours of Work: Generally  8 to 12  hours
or as scheduled by management with one  or two 30 minute breaks. Overtime may be scheduled as needed and directed by management.  

Days of Works:  Normally ?3 to
6 days a week scheduled by management.  Saturdays, Sundays and holidays as scheduled by management.
       

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

The minimum Formal Education preferred to be considered for this position is  (indicate level and years of  education and, if a degree is required, the major):

A High School diploma or GED required. Strong reading, writing , math, and analytical  skills are required. 

Specialized or technical knowledge, credentials or licensing required for the position include:

Must hold a current drivers? license.

Georgia Class III water or wastewater operator?s certification strongly preferred.

The minimum number of Years and/or Months of Prior and Related experience preferred to be considered for this position is:

The purpose of this position is to maintain effluent discharge  compliance and operation of  wastewater, and to maintain operation of potable water plant.
