This is an hourly position

Responsibilities, Duties and Job Expectations (Partial listing)
Responsible for assisting with farmer stock drying, bail-out, truck loading/unloading and storage operations Assist management team with operational activities associated with the storage and buying of farmer stock Assist with bail-out operations according to company policies and guidelines Responsible for inventory control and reporting General machinery operation Maintain ongoing pest control operations and monitoring Perform and follow all safety procedures outlined in company written procedures Work cooperatively with management team and co-workers Any other duties assigned by supervisor

Qualifications
Ability to learn and understand necessary quality controls and procedure Excellent oral and written communication skills Mechanical aptitude and trouble shooting skills Ability and desire to to plan, organize and perform with limited supervision High School Diploma or equivalent preferred Commitment to ADM's goal of achieving a zero injury culture, understand and follow company safety procedures Exhibit prompt and regular attendance Able to meet physical requirements of the position, including, but not limited to: prolonged periods of standing and sitting, working in confined spaces, from heights, bending kneeling, climbing stairs and ladders, working in a variety of conditions (heat, cold, dust, etc.), lift up to 50 pounds unassisted Willing and able to work shift with variable start time, weekends and holidays as needed Demonstrate initiative to work independently while flexible enough to work in a team setting when needed Exhibit a professional image at all times, maintain a positive and respectful attitude understand necessary quality controls and procedures This position offers a complete benefit package, including 401K/ESOP, pension, health, life, vision, and dental insurance.
