Description:
Responsible for increasing productivity through the management of people, equipment, and technology.  Involved with developing, implementing, and enforcing systems and procedures to meet production goals.     

MajorResponsibilities:   

    Apply engineering methods to determine production standards, staffing and equipment requirements, and develop optimum processes to achieve optimum results.
    Directly manage sewers and support personnel to meet production goals and schedules.
    Implement improvements to drive efficiencies. 
    Design layout of equipment, materials, and workspace to maximize efficiency.
    Work with Quality Control, and manufacturing to resolve production problems, improve quality, and minimize cost.
    Communicate with management to develop production and design standards.  

Qualifications:

•     Minimum of Bachelors Degree in Textile / Industrial Engineering
•     Supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting, textile experience preferred.
•     Strong interpersonal skills
•     Complete knowledge of computers and office programs
•     Strong communication skills, both oral, and written.
