Accenture's North American Banking practice is responsible for driving Accenture's go-to-market strategies and offerings for our US and Canadian clients, bringing our best offerings and leveraging our global banking practices and experience. Accenture Credit Services is a global team comprised of residential mortgage and commercial lending industry experts. Sales and Innovation professionals identify services to take to market through market analysis and innovation of existing capabilities, drive sales growth, originate sales opportunities, pursue and close sales, architect client solutions, and support sales activities.


Key responsibilities of the Residential Mortgage Services Sales Director may include:

•               Leverage existing c-suite and buyer relationships at the top US mortgage banks to position Accenture as the preferred provider of consulting services
•               Shape solutions/ value proposition for residential mortgage clients, leveraging the Accenture Credit Services consulting offerings
•               Lead the delivery of high value management consulting engagements with the expectation they act as "tip of the spear" generating substantial pull through across other service groups
•               Contribute to Accenture's share of voice by developing bylines, participating in media interviews, etc.
•               Contribute to the development of new assets and go-to-market capabilities that will enhance offerings delivered through Accenture Credit Services
•               Travel extensively up to 100%

Basic Qualifications:
•               Minimum of 5 years Consulting Sales experience to Residential Mortgage Industry
•               Minimum of 8 years Residential Mortgage lending industry experience including the management and implementation of business operations and strategy, re-engineering of the lending and/or servicing process, and the creation of deliverables representative of solutions that can be applied to transform a mortgage operating model

•               Minimum of 8 years’ experience collaborating with top US mortgage companies to define mortgage transformation business vision and desired business outcomes
•               Bachelor’s Degree

Preferred Skills:
•  Residential mortgage business operations
•  Designing and deploying mortgage business operating model changes
•  Re-engineering the residential mortgage lending processes and/or servicing processes
•  Ability to create detailed deliverables that are representative of the solutions that can be applied to transform a mortgage operating model
•  Strong project management skills with ability to work across multiple groups in assessing a business problem and developing a proposed solution

Professional Skills Required:

•    Strong industry expertise and ability to effectively communicate with clients on industry challenges and possible solutions

•     Proven ability to work independently and as a team member
•     Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment
•     Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
•     Strong supervisory, coaching and project management skills
•     Excellent customer service skills
