Summary:

Under general supervision enables timely maintenance of accurate and consistent highly complex employee, GL and HR related enterprise system master file data. This position requires a basic understanding of how enterprise system master file and control data elements are used across multiple applications and functional area processes. The incumbent must readily asses the possible impacts of data and configure changes and elevate the request or facilitate the coordination of those changes with appropriate group, Plant, IT, and functional area data users as needed- Concurrent skills in a growing number of enterprise software packages and supporting applications is required.

Responsibilities:


• Ensures compliance with established data standards.
• Receives, reviews and processes requests for master data file additions, deletions, and changes.
• Understands how enterprise system master file and control data elements are used across multiple applications and functional area processes.
• Provides team direction and oversees day-to-day processing activities.
• Coordinates and follows through on all master file data maintenance.

Requirements:

• Associate's Degree (A.A. or equivalent)

• Five years office experience and three years related master file maintenance experience and/or training. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered for meeting the minimum requirements.

Simplot Pay Grade: 39 Non Exempt
