Land O'Lakes Dairy Foods division is a leading marketer of a full line of dairy-based consumer, foodservice and food ingredient products across the United States.

Position Purpose:

Develop selling skills to effectively represent Land O'Lakes at retail supermarkets.
Develop skills to analyze business, identify opportunities for improvement, and creat Customer selling stories to be used by the Field Sales organization.
Gain exposure to all cross function sof a CPG company (Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, etc.)
Qualifications:

Experience-Education (Required):

Completion of Sophomore year perferred
Business focus preferred (Sales/Marketing) - desire to pursue a career in a Sales organization
Experience working in a retail envrionment and/or previous internships a plus
Community/organization involvement and leadership a plus

Competencies-Skills (Required):

Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to influence and persuade
Self-Management
Organization skills
Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) skills required
