Garber Cooperative Association, headquartered in Garber, Oklahoma is a very financially sound cooperative with branch locations in Covington and Fairmont. Operations include: grain, feed, agronomy, seed, bulk petroleum, propane, lawn & garden and a service station. The Cooperative also provides application services to its customers. In grain, the Cooperative is a part owner of EMA (Equity Marketing Alliance), LLC headquartered in Enid, OK. The LLC represents 14 coops in the grain business and manages the risk and markets grain for its member cooperatives.

Qualifications:

This position will require excellent communication and human resource skills. Preferred candidates will have farm supply operations experience along with supervisory / management experience and an understanding of finance, strategic planning and operational controls. Hands on experience with grain, feed, petroleum, agronomy and application services would be beneficial. Candidates should possess strong leadership skills with the ability to attract talent and build a strong employee team with the growth of the cooperative in mind.
