District Sales Manager - Seed Sales

If you are in the Ag industry and want to sell seed or have been selling seed and are looking to take the next step up, we are looking for you. One of our best clients is looking for a sales rep to cover a Montana territory. They are looking for someone who knows how to build relationships with their clients and knows how to sell. For experienced seed sellers - they want someone who knows how to transfer market share based on value and relationship. This is an organization that is continuing to grow, and is adding sellers to meet their demand.

Expectations for the position are as follows:

    Aggressive marketing and sales of the companies corn, soybean and traits
    A hot burning fire in the belly that keeps you hopping out the door to sell
    The candidate must have a passion for selling industry leading technology
    Demonstrate strong leadership abilities as well as the ability to work in a team environment
    Able to plan out their day and execute the plan based on good business management skills

Good candidates for these positions can come from any of the following backgrounds:

    Other seed company DSM's
     Sales reps in other parts of the Ag industry
    Retail Agronomists that are ready to focus on seed and cover a larger territory
