We have a manufacturing client seeking a talented individual to serve as Director of Service. This position will manage the entire Service department, including warranty process, service bulletins, and customer communication. This position manages all safety, training, scheduling, planning, appraisal and all supervisory aspects of the service department.

Related bachelor’s degree such as agriculture, manufacturing or engineering. Experience with agriculture products. Acumen in Technical writing, service and technical documentation. Progressive supervisory experience. Strong computer skills with a functional knowledge of Solidworks or other CAD applications.
