#915 Director, Client Services and Business Processes

Reduce departmentalization and build sophisticated call center to be responsible for scheduling, customer service for variety of divisions.  Must understand information flow and mapping.  Requires ability to understand and better define business processes and standardize.  ISO and Continuous Improvement.   Responsible for determining the software necessary.  Create and build efficient, client-focused call center and help desk.  KS.  $90,000 to $120,000.
