FC is currently seeking an individual that will gain the knowledge and experience required for promotion to a custom applicator position under direction of experienced personnel by performing the following duties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & FUNCTIONS include the following.  Other duties may be assigned.
     Apply agronomy products to customers fields including dry and liquid fertilizer,
      chemicals, NH3, and lime.
     Assist with outbound and inbound agronomy products.
     Operate all equipment & vehicles according to FC policy and procedure along with all
      local, state, and federal laws.
     Maintain & record maintenance of application equipment, tending equipment, NH3
      equipment, pickups and side dress units.
     Assist with measurement of inventory of dry and liquid fertilizers, NH3, lime, and
      chemicals.
     Understand and efficiently operate dry fertilizer plants, chemical containment buildings,
      and NH3 plants.
     Attend regional & location safety committee meetings, if applicable.
     Maintain and understand records of chemical repackaging agreements and shuttle record
      keeping.
     Understand customer licensing requirements for restricted-use pesticides.
     Understand the capabilities and limitations of equipment (floaters, rogators, tool bars,
      etc.)
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
