JOB DESCRIPTION:
Complete field inspections and related responsibilities such as reading maps, aerial photos, measuring fields, storage bins and discussing findings of crop loss with farmers. Follows appropriate regulatory and company rules, regulations and procedures. Performs fact finding regarding crop damage, records information and transmits loss information to accurately determine potential indemnities.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Agricultural background with degree in a related field; basic PC skills; excellent communication and customer service skills; some physical requirements; travel required in the territory.
Relocation assistance is not available with this position.
ADM requires the successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen and a background check.
