A very well-run grain site is looking to hire an experienced and educated Grain Superintendent. The individual will be expected to positively impact the corporation, increase market share, achieve desirable sales and reach profit goals.

Grain Superintendent Functions:
* Oversee all aspects of grain origination, including management and employees
* Ensure customer service at all times
* Manage all department operations
* Interact and effectively communicate with all team members and customers
* Organize maintenance issues of company owned facilities as well as communicates with production partners problems with their facilities
* Organize and facilitate regular meetings for production team
* Conduct employee reviews to ensure the company is providing the best product service possible
* Assist in other duties as assigned by Director of Operations and owners

Grain Superintendent Qualifications:
* 4 year College Degree
* Heavy grain origination experience
* Manage 10+ grain operations personnel
* General computer skills

Compensation:
* Competitive salary $50K-$70K and benefits package
