SUMMARY:
This position’s responsibilities include complete oversight of storeroom personnel, control of departmental safety, sourcing and acquisition of parts and materials, inventory management and reporting, working with all departmentsto insure needs are met, additional duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:
Education: High School diploma or GED; college preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 4 years in an industrial storeroom setting with documented management experience.
Computer Skills:
Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft office programs and data base management using computerized inventory management software (SAP, MMS etc.).

Communication Skills:
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Special Skills:
Knowledge of Inventory management, planning, scheduling, purchasing/sourcing, knowledge of inventory controls i.e. none moving, slow moving, excess, obsolete and critical spares, inventory controls (audit procedures) audits, cycle counts and reporting, knowledge and understanding of Sarbanes-Oxley as applied to inventory management, shipping and receiving procedures controls, tracking and reporting (SOX); vendor relations.

Supervisory:
