Role Purpose/Accountabilities:
Operate various types of formulating and packaging equipment
Perform routine and non-routine operations safely and efficiently
Plan and organize production run, prioritize work
Anticipate potential problems, troubleshoot equipment, solve problems
Operate forklift and perform some manual labor
Report to work on regular basis, work overtime, 2nd/3rd shifts as required.
Generate and maintain accurate records
Maintain and improve safety, environmental and housekeeping standards. Work within site policies & procedures
Effectively use safety equipment such as respirators and protective clothing.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
Critical knowledge:
Minimum High school diploma or equivalent.

Critical experience:
Prior formulation, packaging or quality control experience desired.

Critical technical, professional and personal capabilities:
Attention to detail, continuous learning, applied learning, teamwork, managing work and time, safety awareness
Critical Success Factors & Key Challenges:
Work with precise limits and standards of accuracy
Monitor instruments, equipment and act on information
Adapt to changes, new equipment, new procedures
Flexible, able to work on various equipment

Minimal travel requirements.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Must be able to wear the required PPE.
