Job Details:
Growing Orthodontics Practice in Manhattan is looking for an experienced Practice Marketing Coordinator with Business Development experience to build a strong referral base for their new location. The ideal candidate has a Marketing and / or Public Relations background and will have worked for an Orthodontist possibly as a Treatment Coordinator or Office Manager and has been involved in marketing the practice. Other specialty practice market development experience will be considered.

What you will do:
Using the latest technology, create an effective marketing plan that will result in a strong referral base with surrounding dental and complementary medical practices
Increase business by building brand awareness through creative and inventive marketing strategies
Create an effective reporting system to track the effectiveness of new campaigns; establish efforts that reward referral sources
Develop educational tools for parents and students and educate the community on the value of technological advanced orthodontic treatments for all ages

What you need:
2+ years working in a dental or medical specialty practice in a metropolitan location
2+ years as a business development and/or marketing specialist
Track record of demonstrated growth through your efforts developing and implementing a planned marketing strategy
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations or related field
Strong computer skills in MS Word, Excel and orthodontic software (Dolphin preferred)
Excellent communication skills
