Profitability:
Working with the Branch Manager set in conjunction with the executive staff to promote Company Profitability.
Appliance Parts Sales:

The counter sales person will be trained in appliance parts sales to include but not limited to the following:
Model Number look up
Up sell- Add on Sales
Promote good customer relations and customer service
Maintain superior service levels

HVAC Experience is a plus but not required

The counter sales person will be trained in HVAC to include but not limited to the following:
Promote Sales
Maintain proper profit margins
Work to meet the performance goals agreed on by the local team and set forth in the annual budget.
Uphold branch processes and procedures to improve branch productivity and customer service.
Up sell- add on Sales
Support Promotions
Promote good customer relations and customer service
Maintain superior service levels

Department Operations:
The counter sales position may be responsible for the following:
Facility- Opening and Closing
Processing/Shipping Orders
General Branch Cleaning
Any tasks assigned by superiors
