The primary responsibility of this role will be to analyze the database and perform quality control checks on the system.

Responsibilities/duties:
All areas of responsibility listed below are essential to the satisfactory performance of this position by any/all incumbents, with reasonable accommodation, if necessary. Any non-essential functions are assumed to be other related duties as assigned.
· Audits and manipulates data received through a variety of sources including Seller Data Tapes.
· Develops & maintains a thorough understanding of the data-processing requirements.
· Conducts quality-control checks on data from initial delivery to final merged data by applying problem-solving and analytical skills in resolving data discrepancies in order to ensure data accuracy.?
· Commitment to Company values and guiding principles.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
· Communicates technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
· Ability to help team to prioritize in a fast-paced environment with time-driven tasks and changing project requirements.
· Takes end to end ownership for complex problem analysis & resolution.
· Has extensive knowledge in Microsoft Office products.
· Ability to comprehend, analyze and interpret complex documents.
· Excellent organizational, strong attend to detail & multi-tasking skills.
· Ability to record & run macros in Excel.
· Maintains close working relationships with all levels of personnel.
· Available by phone or email when out of the office as needed.
· Must be available to work overtime, including evening and/?or weekends as needed.

Education/Experience:
    Two (2) to four (4) years' experience in data processing and quality control.
