What will you do in this role?
- Manage a multi-million dollar retail store with 20+ employees
- Assist in the hiring, promotion, and training of employees
- Interpret, implement, and enforce company policies
- Identify, plan, and develop methods and procedures to obtain greater efficiency
- Prepare and submit various management reports
- Work with outside vendors to insure proper inventory levels
- Ordering, purchasing, selling, and analyzing parts and whole goods
- Attend tradeshows
- Work with advertising and promotions
