A very large and progressive farming operation is looking to hire a full-time Irrigation Manager. They want someone who has experience with center pivot maintenance and management. This person would be leading a team of technicians and supervisors of up to 20 people that are in charge of over 90 pivots across 20,000 acres of row crop. The equipment operators would help out during down time, but this person would be responsible for making everything run on a timely matter. This Irrigation Manager will be directly reporting to the Owner and the Operations Manager of the farm, so being able to communicate effectively on a daily basis is crucial.

Irrigation Manager Desired capabilities:
* General preventative maintenance on center pivots. (Tires, control boxes, electrical, etc.)
* Variable Frequency Drives Installation and Start Up
* Pump Troubleshooting & Installation
* Pivot Troubleshooting & Installation
* Welding & Fabrication
* Manage general labor crew (12-15 people)

Compensation:
* $50,000-$70,000
* Vehicle Allowance
* Benefits/retirement
* Housing
