The Location Manager's role will be to direct, promote, and coordinate operations in a manner that will optimize the cooperatives market share and savings, improve the cooperatives efficiency, help achieve the cooperatives mission and goals, and result in outstanding customer service.

The Location Manager's responsibilities involve supervision, marketing, profitability and sales, reporting, resale pricing, inventory, service, maintenance and other duties as assigned by the hiring manager.

The Location Manager will maintain a positive attitude that promotes team work within the cooperative and a favorable image of the cooperative.

Supervision involves establishing and communicating department goals and results to employees, staffing the department and delegating the workload, actively supporting employee growth and upholding cooperative policies.

Marketing involves developing and implementing an annual marketing plan, directing location marketing activities, and developing an annual sales and promotion program.

Profitability and sales involves establishing and achieving branch profitability goals and increasing the branch's market share through regular sales efforts.

Reporting involves submitting all required operational reports to management within the time limits required.

Resale pricing involves establishing prices of products and services.

Inventory involves managing inventory levels properly.

Service involves providing and promoting the service necessary to meet the department's goals.

The Location Manager will perform other duties as assigned by the general manager/hiring manager and will enforce and uphold the cooperatives credit policy.

Qualifications:
Education/Experience:
Candidate must have proven agriculture experience. CCA is preferred, but not required. Candidate should have 4-year degree in an agriculture related field, though experience can be substituted for education. Candidate should have the ability to communicate in a positive manner both written and orally and must have good leadership and organizational skills.
