Essential Functions:

•     Physically able to sweep, shovel, lift up to 75 pounds, and do general clean up work
•     Ability to work outdoors and in all types of weather
•     Working in high places, climbing step/ladders, working in confined spaces and working alone is required
•     The ability to work safely and communicate effectively are also required
•     Must be willing to train to advance into different job classifications
•     Mechanical background with prior experience in a plant or similar environment would be beneficial
•     High School diploma or equivelant required
•     Requires strong work ethic, dependability and a high level of dedication to safety
•     Requires ability to work primarily in a non-climate control environment

    This position requires the employee to work rotating shifts and weekend
