SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for the following; auditing COBRA benefit entries for accuracy, consistency and adherence to Company benefit plans; efficient processing of COBRA benefit enrollments to meet federal guidelines and enrollment deadlines; training and troubleshooting with benefit counselors while following HIPAA guidelines and using training tools; resolving problems with outside vendors; timely mailings of COBRA notifications; accurate accounting of COBRA premiums received; preparing ABAP Query and Ad Hoc reports; any other duties as requested.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education: High school education with 1+ year of special training, vocational school and/or college courses or work equivalent.
Experience: 5+ years of experience.
Computer Skills: Intermediate computer skills such as Word & Excel is required. PowerPoint & SAP/HR is a strong plus.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Bilingual skills are a strong plus.
Special Skills: Ability to work under pressure and retain high level of confidentiality; strong organizational skills; ability to multi-task; detail oriented.
