 Responsibilities:
Accurately enter and review all contracts, record into Excel, balance with the booking report, and prepare contracts for mailing.
Provide customer service for all issues and concerns of the bean department.
Record contract confirmations as they are returned and file.
Back up as needed for accounting to include A/P, A/R, billing, shipping, invoicing, etc.
Maintain office supply inventory. Order supplies and create purchase requisitions.
File all sales contracts, amendments, and confirmations.
Assist in other departments as needed.
Vocational or Technical training in Accounting, Data and Word Processing
Working knowledge of office functions and equipment.
Three to six months experience within CHS.
