Job Description:
Kforce Government Solutions is seeking an All Source Analyst - Identity Intelligence (I2), mid-Level for our client located in Stuttgart, Germany to perform the following duties:
Provide analytical reports to USEUCOM, regional combatant commands, subordinate commands, and key stakeholder activities and its major subordinate commands for the development, coordination, technical administration and execution of a comprehensive biometrics enabled intelligence (BEl) analysis program to CI, CT, and FP investigations and operations
Research multiple unclassified and classified biometrics-related and terrorist-related databases such as the Terrorist Identities Datamart Enterprise (TIDE), the Integrated Automated Fingerprint Identification System (IAFIS), and the DoD Automated Biometric Identity System (ABIS) to compile data supporting biometrics intelligence collected by USEUCOM
Conduct research and develop recommendations for biometrically-associated all-source intelligence products and biometric identification analysis reports (BIARs). CONTRACTOR shall focus these reports on individuals, human networks, and populations of intelligence interest which pose a threat to USEUCOM interests
Produce written reports and briefings in order to make recommendations to USEUCOM for the continued development of a biometric enabled watch list (BEWL) compiled of terrorist and terrorism-related entities based in the USEUCOM AOR
Update the BEWL so that it remains a valid and up-to-date tool.
Develop biometrics Concepts of Operations (CONOPs) and Mission Essential Task Lists to support development of the biometrics program at USEUCOM
Make recommendations identifying intelligence gaps and prepare recommendations for detailed specifications for biometric collection efforts, integrating results, and drawing significant conclusions to prepare threat analysis presentations
Mid- Level:
Bachelor or Masters degree with 4-6 years of intelligence analysis experience, or, specialized training & 4-8 years intelligence analysis experience, or, equivalent intelligence/academic experience
Time to Productivity: Mid-level contractor personnel work independently with moderate Government oversight. Provides comprehensive and completed products that may require multiple minor revisions and/or editing
