Job Description:
Kforce Government Solutions is seeking a CI/CT Coordination and Intelligence Support Analyst, MId-Level for our client located in Stuttgart, Germany to perform the following duties:

Provide CI and AT analysis, staff coordination, database entry, and trend and pattern analysis for CI support to Force Protection and Insider Threat Programs
Research published intelligence reporting, extract relevant information, and prepare appropriate reports
Use automated systems, open source, and hard copy publications to monitor and assess terrorist activity.
Maintain accesses to other analytical support tools and databases such as 1DIMS, I2G, TIDE, and HARMONY
Maintain and update the AT- Tool classified webpage with relevant reporting of intelligence value
Provide briefings and point paper
Support the EUCOM CCICA and the 12X-CI ECIST in the development of new leads for CI investigations and operations.
Maintain coordination with designated service CI elements and EUCOM AOR Human Intelligence (HUMINT) organizations to foster efficient flow of information
Maintain knowledge of standing DoD CT/AT/FP information collection requirements
Be the Work Group Administrator (WGA) for the ECJ2X-CI Branch
Provide advice and assistance in identifying potential terrorist threats to U.S. interests in the European Theater
Provide advice and assistance to preparation of appropriate AT intelligence requirements into Operation Planning documents and other Intelligence Products
Provide required data/info for the development of policies, procedures and concepts to effectively execute CI-related AT and FP functions
Coordinate with headquarters staff and component headquarters representatives to produce reports, staff estimates and studies, assessments, presentations, and program reviews
Coordinate threat and incident information with CI and AT/FP elements
Identify AT needs gaps and shortfalls

Mid- Level:
Bachelor or masters degree with 4-6 years of intelligence analysis experience, or, specialized training & 4-8 years intelligence analysis experience, or, equivalent intelligence/academic experience
Time to Productivity: Mid-level contractor personnel work independently with moderate Government oversight. Provides comprehensive and completed products that may require multiple minor revisions and/or editing
Experience with analytical support tools and databases include: Analyst's Notebook/iBase or other link analysis/timeline/case tools, M3 AMHS, Criss Cross, CT-AVRS, and CT Communities Of Interest (COis)
