Job Description:
Kforce Government Solutions is seeking an All Source Analyst-Analytic Support, Mid-Level for our client located in Constanta, Romania to perform the following duties:
Gather and analyze information from classified and open sources; collect and evaluate electronic classified and open source information of intelligence value
Produce intelligence summaries, intelligence reports, assessments, and intelligence briefings; to support the production of intelligence reports
Extract data and analyze, store and/or incorporate the data into finished intelligence products
Research databases, websites, classified message traffic and open source material supporting intelligence assessments
Develop Requests for Information (RFIs) and time-sensitive tasks from the Senior US Intelligence Officer (or their appointed representative) which directly support the organization mission and Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIRs)
Coordinate with Watch Center staff and theater/national agencies when providing RFI responses and seek their assistance when researching topics that require more in-depth explanation of the situation or topic
Manage RFI tracking by maintaining a status log, provide feedback to all customers and requestors, and check CRONOS (NATO/KFOR) emails for latest information
Attend analytical meetings and discussions to gather information and insight to issues of interest
Monitor the current intelligence and operational situation in the AOR and the region for threats and issues which impact on the Watch Center mission, ensure the leadership is informed of the current intelligence situation, and is kept aware of all intelligence relevant to ongoing operations and/or incidents
Prepare and deliver current intelligence briefings
Be responsible for all-source (SIGINT/EW, HUMINT, IMINT, and OSINT) INTEL

Desired Experience: Have all source intelligence fusion experience coordinating with single source analysts and collections managers to develop finished products against Priority Intelligence Requirements. Direct general political-military and maritime intelligence experience with the Black Sea/Caucasus region is desired with knowledge of transnational issues in that region to include counter terrorism, counter narcotics, proliferation of weapons of mass destruction, and illicit trafficking. Previous military experience in an intelligence analytic billet required.

Mid- Level:
Bachelor or master's degree with 4-6 years of intelligence analysis experience, or, specialized training & 4-8 years intelligence analysis experience, or, equivalent intelligence/academic experience

Time to Productivity:
Mid-level contractor personnel work independently with moderate Government oversight
Provides comprehensive and completed products that may require multiple minor revisions and/or editing
