Position Summary:
The Shipping/Receiving Coordinator coordinates incoming and outgoing product deliveries this include loading and unloading product, dispatch personnel and equipment to complete jobs efficiently and timely, performs routine clerical duties, and provides support to other members at unit. Responsible for data entry, inventory control, customer service, creating work orders, invoicing, maintains associated records, and other administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications:
• The ideal candidate will have the ability to communicate effectively and provide excellent customer service.

• Ag background and knowledge of the Magic Valley area is highly desired.

• Ability to work under pressure and high demand during the busy season; work in a team environment; and coordinate the efforts of others while maximizing resources.

• Must have or be able to obtain a DOT Class – A CDL license with hazmat endorsement, and also a State Wide Consultants License.

• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.

• Preference of 2 years previous experience in the retail agriculture industry with strong knowledge of related products required.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

PG – 36 non-exempt

This position requires working long hours and on weekends (Saturdays) during our peak
