Job Description:
Kforce Government Solutions is seeking an Issue Manager-CI Plans and Strategy Intelligence Support, Mid-Level for our client located in Stuttgart, Germany to perform the following duties:


  • Review, process, coordinate, update, and ensure compliance between EUCOM and DoD plans, policies and directives
  • Author new Operations Plans (OPLANS) and update current OPLANS annually
  • Coordinate with the CI Campaign Manager and the JIOC for Operational Support to the CI Campaigns
  • Ensure command plans and operations include CI planning, requirements and tasks as appropriate
  • Provide required data/info to the CCICA for the development and implementation of a comprehensive CI program and provide general guidance on objectives to include in the USEUCOM Theater CI Strategy
  • Coordinate CI related training in conjunction with the J2X OSB
  • Coordinate activities and leverage support with the Joint Staff, Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), Defense Counter-Intelligence and HUMINT Center (DCHC), Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), and Department Of State (DOS) in support of CI initiatives
  • Brief the CCICA, 12, DCOM and COM on a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual basis on all significant CI investigations, operations, collections and production matters within the EUCOM AOR
  • Provide required data/info to the CICA and Assistant CICAs for the review, re-write, and publication of the EUCOM Theater CI Strategy on an annual basis
Qualifications:
Bachelor or Masters Degree with 4-6 years of intelligence analysis experience, or, specialized training & 4-8 years intelligence analysis experience, or, equivalent intelligence/academic experience
