You will be successful if you are enthusiastic, self-motivated and professional.​  Our customers often aren’t thinking about steaks before you call, so your success will require you to make people hungry and stay friendly while being assertive.​  Likewise, you’ll need to handle frequent rejection while staying positive and confident.​  Lastly, you will need to be comfortable receiving coaching and feedback and navigating multiple computer programs.​

Our Pay and Benefits Set Us Apart

This is an unlimited commission sales position.​ 
That means you can earn well over $15 an hour (or much more), as some of our reps do.​
 This is truly pay for performance.​  But it’ll be a challenge.​
 So we have a $12/​hour safety net during your first 12 weeks to help you while you learn.​  Of course, you can earn commission earlier, that’s up to you.​
