Perform operational check on pallet jack at beginning of shift.
Use pallet jack to move product, product materials, etc. Load and unload trucks with jack, fill out load sheets, and help stack off when necessary.
Inspect pallets of product for broken cases and notify supervision.
Maintain coolers in an orderly fashion.
Responsible for Safe Quality Food, (SQF), HACCP, CCP tasks, sanitation and all support program implementation. Supervisory personnel may assign other duties
as required.

PHYSICAL
Wear proper personal protective equipment such as, earplugs, safety eyeglasses, and smock.
Keep hands away from any moving parts.
Use proper jack driver safety procedures as trained.
Use proper lifting techniques.
Operate jack at a safe speed.
Watch out for pedestrians.
Perform a daily check of jack equipment before each shift.
Report any unsafe equipment, area, accident or act to your line leader or supervisor.

Minimum education required.
Must be able to understand basic instructions from supervision.

Powered lift jack driver certification required for this position.
