SALES POSITION
Optical Networking Components and Systems
Sales - Beachwood, OH location

Responsibilities:
The primary responsibility of the Sales Representative is to proactively contact prospects and manage accounts after the close.
Qualifications:
Must enjoy prospecting by making outbound sales calls to generate interest
Proven aptitude to call customers and create interest.
Able to follow up phone calls with written correspondence
Outstanding communication skills; oral and written
Able to articulate a value proposition to decision-makers across all industries
Self-motivated, enthusiastic, aggressive, fast paced, goal-oriented individual
Proficient in computer skills; utilizing Windows and MS Office
Fast paced environment
Able to work and participate in a team environment.
Network hardware knowledge a plus, but we will train.

Duties:
Make daily outbound calls to prospects
Qualify sales leads
Timely follow-up to all incoming leads
Manage all assigned accounts, if applicable

Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
4 years sales experience or relevant combination of education and experience
Previous work in an inside sales environment preferred
