Job Description:
Kforce Government Solutions is seeking a CI Analyst Operational Support, mid-Level for our client located in Stuttgart, Germany to perform the following duties:

Identify connections across and among investigations which have not been previously identified, assessed and investigated
Apply focused analysis employing the capabilities of the greater intelligence community (IC) to the combined service investigative data to identify investigative options
Support CI/CT investigations and operations and support LE/CT investigations
Maintain direct liaison with designated service CI elements to assure efficient flow of information
Provide briefings and point papers regarding status of ECIST efforts
Research published intelligence reporting using the M3 Automated Message Handling System (AMHS)
Use automated systems, open source, and hard copy publications to monitor and assess terrorist activity. Analytical support tools and databases include: Analyst's Notebook/iBase or other link analysis/timeline/case tools, CT-AVRS, M3 AMHS, Criss Cross, and CT COis, among others
Maintain accesses to analytical support tools and databases such as M3 AMHS, Criss Cross, CT-AVRS, CT COis, etc
Maintain M3 AMHS account and assure timely dissemination of coordinated and approved for release reports
Maintain knowledge of standing DoD CT I Antiterrorism (A T)/FP information collection requirements
Determine specific CT/AT/FP information requirements of EUCOM and its subordinate commands. Prepare and forward analytical and intelligence report evaluations
Review investigative data for information related to collection requirements
Extract relevant information, and prepare appropriate reports
Coordinate release of information with all affected ECIST contributor command

Mid- Level:
Bachelor or Masters degree with 4-6 years of intelligence analysis experience, or, specialized training & 4-8 years intelligence analysis experience, or, equivalent intelligence/academic experience
Time to Productivity:
Mid-level contractor personnel work independently with moderate Government oversight. Provides comprehensive and completed products that may require multiple minor revisions and/or editing
