Receptionist / Customer Service
We are seeking a receptionist / customer service rep for a new opportunity at an Financial firm in Brighton. We need someone who will make a great impression as the first point of contact at this busy office.
 The receptionist will greet, welcome, and direct visitors appropriately, notify company personnel of visitor arrival and maintain the security and telecommunications system.
Duties:

•  Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
•  Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.
•  Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges.
•  Maintains telecommunication system by following manufacturer's instructions for house phone and console operation.
•  Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
•  Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
•  Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed (lunch setup, event coordination, etc.

Job Requirements:
 we are looking for someone with Superb telephone and verbal communication skills.
 A high level of professionalism and customer focus is required for this role.
 The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of reception / customer service experience in a fast paced office environment. This position is not T accessible and requires access to a vehicle.
