Job Responsibilities:

    Responsible for the sales of fertilizer, Ag chemicals, seed and other crop inputs.
    Advises customers regarding best farm management practices.
    Develops, in cooperation with branch manager, a detailed crop production retail sales and service program.
    Maintain a thorough knowledge of our product line and competition as well as keeping current with changes.
    Continue to seek on-going training and educational opportunities as directed by Branch Manager.
    Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

•     Communication Skills: Ability to read, analyze and interpret common data. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers. Ability to make effective written or verbal presentations to employees and customers.
•     Reasoning Skills: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions dealing with several abstract and concrete variables.
•     Technical Skills: CCA Certified or ability to obtain CCA and CDL. P.C. skills should include Microsoft, Excel and Word.
•     Personal Skills: Applicant should possess a self-motivating personality as well as team-building skills. The ability to work effectively without direct supervision is also essential.
•     Working Conditions: Nature of job / business requires extended hours. Follow all established personnel, safety policies/procedures.
