    Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Economics, Business or similar field preferred
    Must have the ability to define problems and interpret and apply extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables
    Excellent Skills in Excel, Access and other Microsoft applications
    SAP knowledge and experience preferred
    Strong attention to details
    Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of internal customers *LI-MG1

    Analysis and optimization of demand in production plants based on capacity, bird availability and shipping points
    Create and maintain statistical models demonstrating bird availability by size in a normal distribution
    Provide reporting of sales and fill rates
    Work closely with sales team using their sales forecast to determine meat availability on a short and medium term horizon. This includes the mechanics of specified forecasting methods, techniques and forecast performance measures
    Generate and deliver information for sales proposals, analyze different business scenarios to maximize profits
