SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for managing the development of new and improved content for Tyson Foods' corporate website: www.tysonfoods.com. This includes coordinating the creation and posting of new videos, graphics and written information. It also involves collaborating with managers from other parts of the company to ensure their respective segments of tysonfoods.com are updated and improved; monitoring analytics reports on visitor activity on tysonfoods.com and working with Tyson's social media team to drive traffic to the website and especially newly-added videos and information. This position will require judgment about information, videos and visuals that should receive top priority for use on the corporate website. This person will be responsible for making recommendations to the leaders of External Relations and other segments of the company about web content.

REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Requires broad knowledge in a general professional or technical field normally acquired through four years of college resulting in a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Experience: 5 + years of experience writing and producing online content; expertise in producing creative online video is important.

Computer Skills:  Intermediate computer skills.

Communication Skills:  Good written and verbal communication skills; formal presentations.

Special Skills:  Knowledge of Sitecore CMS or other relevant CMS.

Supervisory:  None.

Travel: 4-12 domestic trips per year. .
