Corporate encompasses the core operational support for all Land OLakes businesses. It includes Business Development Services, Corporate Market Strategy and Communications, Finance, Law, Human Resources, Information Technology and Public Affairs.

Position Purpose:
The Land O'Lakes, Network and Telecommunications team provides technology leadership for Telecommunications & AV Technologies.

This includes:
Cisco Unified Communications (UC) / Telephony Services; Mobile Services; Conferencing Technologies (including Audio, Web, and Video Conferencing; Conference Center and Room Technologies); Digital Signage and Video and Content Distribution.
This exciting position is responsible for assisting in the design and leading the implementation and support of these technologies. Success working within a highly integrated team structure, providing great customer service, and working on projects through all life-cycle phases is essential.

60% of activities:

- Ensure the integrity of the telecommunications services by providing exceptional support, documentation, and training
- Ensure service levels remain consistent with current business needs and future requirements; manage internal SLAs
- Establish and maintain a high level of user trust and confidence in the groups knowledge of and concern for users business needs

30% of activies:

- Execute telecommunications deployment plans and quickly identify key success factors; set priorities to achieve unit, division and corporate goals
- Perform activities in accordance with standards, guidelines, and processes
- Provide planning support for small-scale projects
- Carry out field installations as required

10% of activites

- Liaise with other IT staff
- Escalate incidents as necessary
- Provide reports on performance statistics as necessary

Qualifications:

Experience-Education (Required):

- Bachelors degree with infrastructure technology related focus or related discipline or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years of Cisco Unified Communications experience and related experience in related technical services
- Excellent customer service skills
- Moderate project management skills

Experience-Education (Preferred):

- Bachelors degree with technology related focus or related discipline and equivalent work experience
- 5-10 years of Cisco Unified Communications experience and related experience in related technical services
- Excellent project management skills
- Field installation experience
- Cisco Certification (CCNA, CCNP, etc.)
