General Description:
The mission of the Supervisor is to Communicate, Maintain, Train and Direct associates (Employees) to Safely & Ergonomically attain their jobs with the highest level of quality, being consistent and efficient and taking care of our cost.
The mission of this position is to ensure the safety and well-being of our employees and livestock.
To ensure our Employees are properly trained to perform their duties in a safe manner while affectively processing cattle through the department.
The supervisor must work closely with Maintenance to provide humane facilities at all times.
The Supervisor must work closely with USDA to maintain an open line of communication to ensure the concerns and needs of the agency employees are achieved.
