The Salisbury Processing Plant of Perdue Farms is looking for a Line Leader for the following departments

1 Night Shift Packing Line Leader

1 Night Shift Cut Up Line Leader

1 Night Shift Box Room Line Leader

1 Day Shift Box Room Line Leader

The Line Leader will
assist the department supervisor in the safe, efficient, and effective management of the assigned department;assist the department supervisor in keeping product in compliance with Food Safety, USDA, QA and plant management standards.

Reading,writing, math and analytical skills required. High School diploma or equivalent preferred. Must be able to read and write in English.

1. Must obtain pallet jack license through Perdue training &testing

2. Must have no more than 2 unexcused absences

3. Must have 0 active disciplinary

4. Must be able to meet Medical Requirements for position

5. Must have been in current position @ Perdue for at least 6 months
