Growing feed manufacturer in Central California is seeking an experienced Mill Supervisor for their feed manufacturing facility.

If you have experience supervising a team in a feed mill setting while ensuring safe, efficient daily operations, then this is the job for you!

Responsibilities include:

•     Scheduling production and labor resources to assure smooth plant operations.
•     Supervision of hourly maintenance and production workers.
•     Communicating with the Mill Manager, General Manager and other key contacts.
•     Interacting with customers and suppliers to enhance business relationships.
•     Troubleshooting maintenance problems and helping with repairs when necessary and ensuring preventative maintenance program is adhered to.
•     Enforcing company policies and best practices regarding safety and environmental compliance. Specific attention to LOTO and confined space entry procedures is required.
•     Ensuring good housekeeping of the work place.

In order to be considered for this position, the successful applicant must have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 3 years experience as a supervisor in a feed mill setting. Great communication (bilingual preferred), problem solving, and decision making skills are also necessary. Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is also required.
