This person should have the following background:

    Current solid understanding of the grain markets
    Clear understanding of grain accounting, managing a DPR and valuing month end hedged grain inventory
    Proven ability to effectively work with grain producers
    Demonstrated drive to "get the business"
    Desire to get promoted
