 Marketing Manager - Midwest

Our client is a manufacturer of plant equipment catering to the feed, grain, and ethanol business.

The Marketing Manager is responsible for leading and providing direction to product management and marketing activities within the company.  This position will report to the VP of Sales and Marketing and will have 1-2 direct reports.

 The qualified candidate will meet the following requirements:

•     5+ years of business management experience focusing on marketing and product management
•     Direct all marketing and marketing communication efforts for company including strategic marketing plans and marketing budget as well as execution of plans with internal staff and external marketing agency assistance
•     Experience managing new product launches
•     Successful background analyzing foreign markets to determine viability for our products
•     Experience executing tactics to leverage market share and revenue targets domestically
•     Demonstrated ability to be a team player, and organize and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced, changing environment
•     Oversees development of policies, procedures and objectives for marketing company's products and services
•     Experience implementing CRM Software
