Land OLakes Supply Chain & Operations Internship Opportunities
Internship opportunities are focused in Environmental, Health & Safety, Manufacturing, Engineering, Sourcing, Planning & Logistics, and Quality Assurance. Specific projects will be determined along with timeline for completion at the start of the internship. Presentations with Supply Chain senior leadership at Arden Hills, MN headquarters will be part of an Intern Conference at the conclusion of the internship. Successful interns may be offered a return internship or if graduating a full-time position within Land O' Lakes.

Commodity Merchandising & Sourcing Intern
Interns will work with the Sourcing team on sourcing and risk management of raw material supply. Projects in one or multiple of the following areas will be assigned to interns:
Purchasing, Buying, Risk Management, Pricing. Internship will rotate between three Sourcing disciplines: Micro-Nutrients, Macro-Nutrients, and Packaging. Interns will serve as the "Buyer" for an ingredient at a specific plant and be responsible for the purchasing and buying decisions for that given ingredient for the length of the internship.

Qualifications:
Experience-Education (Required):
Undergraduate entering Sophomore, Junior or Senior year. Pursuing a BA/BS in Supply Chain / Operations, Business or related discipline. Candidates for this internship must have completed a Commodities/Futures course.

Competencies-Skills (Required):
Strong communication/interpersonal skills, problem solving, decision-making and analytical skills; ability to work independently and produce results; ability to work in a team environment; computer skills (Microsoft Office).
