QUALIFICATIONS:

    Bachelor’s degree desired with an emphasis in a food science related field
    Up to 3 years of QA experience in a food processing environment
    Experience with claims, and ability to manage and resolve customer claims
    Excellent customer service skills
    Proven leadership experience
    Knowledge of beef product specifications and customer requirements
    Demonstrated knowledge of the microbiological aspects of food safety

Shift: Nights RESPONSIBLITIES:

    Coordinate and supervise pre-operation examination, verifying cleanliness and sanitation of equipment and facilities
    Resolve problems and issues with product quality
    Communicate frequently with USDA inspectors regarding product, employees, safety, etc.
    Coordinate and participate in product displays for tours and other events.
    Oversee claims, label approvals, product specifications, and quality auditing
